Repair Terms

These terms apply to repairs booked with ITEC RECYCLE LTD trading as MR Laptop. Diagnosis & quotes: after assessing your device we provide a quote. Work begins once you approve it (a deposit or payment link may be required). Data: please back up your data before any repair. We are not responsible for data loss; data recovery is a separate service where offered. Parts: we use suitable replacement parts; some refurbished or compatible parts may be used unless you request otherwise. Collection: repaired devices should be collected promptly once ready.
