Warranty Policy

Most products include a 6 Months Warranty as standard unless stated otherwise on the product page (some items may offer 3 or 12 months).
What's covered: hardware faults that are not caused by accidental damage, misuse, liquid damage, or unauthorised repairs.
Making a claim: contact support@mrlaptop.co.uk with your order number and a description of the fault. We may ask for photos or for the item to be returned for inspection.
Outcome: where a valid claim is accepted we will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
